Yes, 2,000 years ago Palestine was inhabited mostly by Jews and Samaritans, and that’s because the Palestinian people used to be Jews and Samaritans. Over time, they converted to Christianity, then Islam, and gradually adopted an Arab cultural identity. The people who call themselves Jews today are largely converts that are indigenous to the lands they migrated from (Europe, North Africa, Yemen, Ethiopia, etc). So your whole premise is based on a misunderstanding. The Palestinians are the direct descendants of the ancient Judeans. The Jews of today are at best, only partially descended if at all.

Just like you have a moral duty to challenge Islam, because the Koran says that all non-Muslims should be either forcibly converted, or taken as slaves, or done away with, for no other reason than just for being non-Muslims.
