I worked at Rogerstone Power Station from 1977 to 1984, but sadly never saw the demolition (until today). Thanks for putting it online.

Graham Thomas You might have known my Grandfather - William (Bill) Howell. Used to work on the gate after decommision - he was the last man out

My late uncle worked at the Power station (Roy Thomas) new a Harry Smith and Harry Vaughan who worked there too.

Worked Signal Box opposite Power Station, called Rogerstone North, that Controlled Sidings where the coal was stored for Power Station, sad day for me.

Roughly here www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.5949558,-3.0660339,16z The secuirty barrier was located around here and the towers were on oaktree drive (i believe)
