I have an echo bike and a C2 rower in my gym at home and I swear to God the echo bike is the single greatest piece of cardio equipment I myself have ever used. Yes it’s hard, but that is why we do what we do. To be better versions of ourselves. I love your videos. You and your husband and Dan are very inspiring and you all seem very nice and laidback. Thank you very much for sharing the knowledge 😊
Love the echo bike! Bought one on black friday a year ago to my garage and is awesome!! Muuuch better than assault. Great vídeo as usual, greetings from Spain!!
Wow just found your channel and i think ive binged the last like 3 hours lmao these videos are awesome!! You guys are so adorable and I love the informative format of them
The rogue echo bike is a tank. Definitely has a different feel compared to the assault bike. My next purchase for my garage gym is either that or a ski erg. Still undecided.
Good Times With The Goodies Love the Ski Erg... the echo bike is a BEAST. People loathe the new ones, the assault bike feels so much easier to me compared to the new ones.
Woop Woop ! Rogue Echo is a beast! I’m getting mine in a few weeks time here in the UK. I think because the Echo bike is belt driven you will have less maintenance issue’s as apposed to the Assault Bike that’s chain driven. Great move Guys!
We bought 2 Rogue Echo Bikes last year, and the members hate them, lol. It’s a love/hate relationship. We are a functional training gym, not a CrossFit one, so we need to keep things fun. Love those bikes....
I liked the assault bike... But I LOVE the Echo Bikes! Yes I'm one of those weird people! Hahahaha! We've had them for 2years now , they've helped to build a better endurance base then the assault bikes I find. But both are so different in the way the make you feel! All our members hate them more 😂 ! Definitely quieter, and very tough!
Congratulations on the new bikes. Should I change what I am doing if everything has gone well for me over the last 4 weeks? Should I be eating traditional foods on my rest days that I normally would eat? I am so happy that you 2 are encouraging each other especially on rest days.
Hi Kristi. I’m not sure where I’ve been but I’ve never heard of Red with Greens supplement. Do you drink it straight up or mix it in with something? I’ve started making a yogurt smoothie in the morning and dropping in vitamin C packets. Just curious what Reds and Greens mixes in well with. I enjoy the content!
Hey Kristi! I've never really been the type of person that does any type of workouts since I had physical jobs starting at 18 and have always preferred physical jobs to sit down ones. I had a gym membership once... I tried getting into it and just couldn't but I was 18 at the time. Now I'm living with a friend of mine who is into working out and has his own weights and puts on workout videos on RU-vid and that's how I discovered you! You're body is amazing and you're an inspiration to me. I'm 35 now and in the beginning of Aug 2018, I broke both feet and ankles and still have good and bad days, but I gained a lot of weight in the hospital since I couldn't walk for 7 weeks and then walking was very limited for awhile. As of now, my feet feel good but my ankles still become achy and I really want to get in shape instead of being a shape. I was thinking of buying ankle stabilizers so I'd feel safer doing certain exercises. I'm afraid of injuring my ankles so idk what I can and can't do. I love to walk and that and the last job I had helped me to go from 150 lbs down to 115-120lbs the first time I gained a bunch of weight. I was always around 110lbs from h.s. to the summer of 2017. I went from 103 lbs to 150lbs. My job was really physical and I loved it and I did a lot of walking, 6-8 miles on days off, 12-16+ miles on days I worked. I want to start working out so bad bc I'm sick of being so overweight. I'm so self-conscious right now and feel so unhealthy. So I'm going to keep watching your videos and make a workout plan, and also change my diet. Thanks for the videos and inspiring me to make healthy changes in my life!!!
Keep at it day by day! Set small goals to equal that one big goal and you can get there. The first part over starting is always the hardest! Start slow, and strengthen before anything to crazy, and it will be like a rehab for your ankles. Then the confidence will come back!
How tall are you? I’m 5 foot and am worried this bike will be too big for me.!I rarely see reviews from women on this bike. It looks like the best bike on the market but may just be for taller women or men. What do you think?
I like the new echo bike way better than the assault. It feels harder (more fan blades😋) smoother, quieter for sure and the seat is way more comfy in my opinion👍
Hey Kristy, could you tell us if you know athletes that are using crossfit for other sports ? Have you being approach for that ? I am wondering how much crossfit take place in preparation of new elite athletes, like swimmers or triathletes or tennis for exemple ? It seems to me that you have a lot to bring
Hey I have a echo bike for my garage gym. And I get great workouts with it. But I do find myself not know what workout to mix in with it or strictly just echo bike. Maybe a video one day of some basic workouts to do. Love the episodes Lee them up. Thanks.
They are going to love those bikes. Also I am sure you know already... but... Rogue will sell their equipment that they use for the Rogue Invitational. My friend bought one of these bikes from the invitational last year it was 600 and put together. It would be cool to buy the equipment that you will use this year. :)
Just out of curiosity, did you keep an assault bike to train with? Most of the sanctioned events still use them, and the stimulus is not quite the same! I feel like calories are much harder on the echo bike
Hi Kristi. Great Vlog, Great team you and your hubby👌 Could I ask a pro for some advice ? Me 60+ very unfit, settee couch potato..6.0 foot ..18.5 stone..Lazy and unfit would be an understatement. Want to change lose weight and get fitter. Here is where the advise comes in. would the echo bike be too. severe for my description of myself. Say just 15mins per day steady to start, rising to say 30 mins after a few weeks. Thanks in advance..🤔🤔🤔
Kristy, if and when an opening on CrossFit Mayhem opens up, what are the chances you'd join them? I think you'd be a great addition when the need arises. Love to have you in Cookeville.
@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell oh I know. You're fun to watch. Such a great all around athlete and last year on that paddle board you stole the show. I'd love to see you on Freedom if the chance ever came though. Good luck this year! I hope you kill it and I love your channel.
Hey Kristi, thanks for putting up this video! I'm keen to get an Echo, but I hear it's awkward for people around our height (I'm 5'2"). Have you had any issues with the Echo because of your height? Or any issues at all? It's quite a financial investment for me so want to make sure it'll be a good purchase. Thanks so much x
Have you received any positive feedback from other people our height? I'm looking to get one too but didn't want to waste my money if I can't even use it.
@@LilCorujao It's just occured to me to ask Rogue this question! Might drop them an email, though I've seen kids using the bike, probably under 5' in height.
Kristi Eramo I know you’ve done plenty of WODs in your days but I did this one the other day and thought I was going to die: For time 42-30-18 cal echo bike 21-15-9 burpee box jump over. Can’t wait to see and use some of the WODs you program with that bike so u can try them.
Nicolas I feel you mate, Eastern European here and it’s the same thing. In the absence of an echo bike though, there’s an alternative I’ve found that feels just as evil as echo bike sprints - hill sprints. The hill has to be steep, but not so steep that you can’t run up it when tired - and the sprints can’t be 10-15 sec ones - they have to be 40-50 sec sprints.
