You know the player that told Alphari that its time for Jatt to get the boot had a Danish accent lol. Jensen even liked Thorins tweets when the same was happening to him
@@vranasm It's the other way around tho.Alphari at his best is the best western toplaner and Jensen literally always outperforms Bjergsen at worlds which is TLs goal in theory
Goddamn how can anyone still defend Jatt after hearing Alphari's side of the story. Alphari basically got strong armed so that TL could save his ego. And there are people who still think Jenkins is a good top laner 😂😂
@@kklap3219 how can you say that when he has never won a split or anything internationally? He's not better than perkz, caps, jankos, wunder, rekkles, or even players like Doublelift or Bjergsen (all have more silverware than alphari)
Love the way thooorin pushes the topics and takes the heat and provides the hot takes so Dom can focus on analysis and behind the scenes and high level gameplay.
Dom what are you talking about? Adam is much better than Wunder, Adam can end the game before the minions show up in lane. Now someone please save Cinkrof
The "Caps having a dream about Kog & Lulu" thing was a meme. He said himself that he thought about that bot lane before and just memed that it was a dream.
I mean it is genuinely amazing when he was doing that. Its just too easy for people to hate when he no longer stomps on everybody. Its like the fine line trash talkers walk. Everyone loves the ones that win but instantly call the ones who do the same but lose calling em arrogant pos
Its not a super power - its flawed game philosophy. He simply cant transfer leads to the rest of the map bc all he does is play a fucking mini game top. Yay! I win csd at 10 yay... all plates before 14 yay!! Gimmie a break. Wont be back to see any keyboard warriors try* to discount my points.
Alphari is extremely well spoken and as a main toplaner myself cant be more of a fan of one if not the best laning player ever in the west. Hype for this episode =)
Its still wild to think back on Jatt just choosing not to use Alphari for such a large chunk of his tenure. He's this high value, high impact player, that you sit basically out of pride
And the general lack of cohesion top-side we've seen from this 'super team'; of course, teething problems are a thing - but they have looked wildly not on the same page at times.
i agree i am also interested if they bring this up but man i can not imagine him not ackonwledging this issues he is a very selfcritical and blunt guy and im also quite sure that perkz already pointed it out to him
Alwaya love rhe lec guest. There alwatys more open to telling it how it is. Nope bullshit safe answers. Of course you cant scorched earth, but shots across the bows are fun.
@@Nnothingg- I think that's true. They play the same usually, other teams just have higher ceilings and they reach those ceilings in the moments that matter imo.
@@steliosp1770 i think they themselves disagree about it and i want to hear what their take of it is this year compared to last year and what they are doing to fix that issue. Would love for them to have Fredy or SeeEl on the show for example. I know we've heard Odo talk about it on the LEC broadcast but on a show like this they can be more open about it.
I'm irrationally agitated about how people Discuss the Rouge games Game one was NOT a draft defecit, that game they got snowballed on and didn't recover in time. Game two WAS a draft that went to shit, they had no range and didn't get a lead which meant that even though they did stabilize they couldn't do anything.
It was a draft deficit based on the profile of the players in Rogue, the draft on a vacum might not have been bad per say, but for the players that pilot those champs it was. That's how I see it at least.
Wait, was this show always supposed to be called "The best damn league show Period" or did someone just add a period because Thorin kept calling it that way?
These teams are turning out players like lottery tickets, scratching furiously at the integral structure hoping to find a winning team. Be careful out there pro-players! These companies see you as a cog in the wheel.
@@Nnothingg- If it didn't need to be said then we wouldn't hear pro players complaining about how they are treated all the time. Nobody told 85% of the pro circuit apparently! Some of these kids are 16 years old and younger when they are being scouted by companies. You think their parents or the kid as the insight to understand the negative sides of a multi million dollar contract or even resist said offer?
@@Cxs1a3 your making my point for me, nobody tells kids that either???? thanks for helping out my point lol. Or are you going to delete your comment like last time? Do you think you are adding anything important to the topic?
The narrative that Odo is bad or can only play weak side is really cringe tbf. Odo is definitely top 3 in terms of game knowledge and mechanics and is in general one of the smartest EU players.
I have agreed with this for a long time but at some point I need to see it win, while I think he can individually play the champs, play the carry style I would think his blind spot is communicating what he needs in order to carry and that’s where it breaks down
Coaching in league makes no sense man. It’s not like real sports where the coach has impact during the game so basically their entire job is to help the team outside the game which for the most part they are bad at
Did you guys not get the chance to comment on TSM? i havent finished yet and ill come back to this comment but, Thorin missing a chance to flame TSM would be shocking to say the least. ;)
@@adarreed932 Like Thorin has ever let something being an LEC show stop him from flaming TSM... Ill be honest im a little disappointed he didnt record a small segment and just attach it to the video of him just flaming TSM. Not a single TSM one liner in a full podcast???? the old Thorin would be disappointed.
Winning top most often is not a super power - its flawed game philosophy. He simply cant transfer leads to the rest of the map bc all he does is play a fucking mini game top. Yay! I win csd at 10 yay... all plates before 14 yay!! Gimmie a break. Wont be back to see any keyboard warriors try* to discount my points.
Rouge are the the "gatekeepers" or "real test" if you're better than Rouge you're a good team, can't beat em GL in life.. They're the most compelling team to me in LEC year on year.
yeah except they've been like this literally every regular split for the last 2 years and then still manage to look like absolute dogshit every time it actually matters (playoffs + worlds). Until they actually win something or perform when the pressure is on, who cares. Their biggest choker is also still on the team.
@@Nick-ze6dq Think you might of misunderstood what I was saying, I personally enjoy the will they/ wont they love story that rouge have with choking. As for the world, first time round they had Damwon/JDG/PSG Talon.. who expected anything other than last place, then last year they have Damwon/FPX/C9 Rouge went to tie breaker having to beat FPX to even face C9 and lost to perkz clutch.. Only really bad choke was MAD but shit happens innit
Because people like sucking the balls of big orgs, if their big name high end payroll teams start to lose some games, it’s always don’t worry they’re still good
