This had to grow on me, because it’s probably one of my favorite tracks in the game I was so protective of it. Playing the game a little bit, it’s really grown on me and I love it and welcome it for new gen with open arms. It honors the original, adds just a PINCH of something new. It’s a perfect blend, and the shift in sub levels? What a treat to have more than one form of this! I can’t wait to discover the newer shifts ❤️❤️❤️
I love how this sounds similar to the original but with the sitar or whatever accenting it. The other songs in the soundtrack suffer from being altered too much but this one is fantastic as just as moody and atmospheric as the original. The new section is also pretty good.
i prefer the original because the original percussion is a lot better also the original sounds more "crunchy" (lower quality? more compressed?) which helps give it character i feel the new section is kinda cool though a few of the new sections feel out of place but this one does fit
@@MusuemBucket i mean i technically am still complaining about it, just maybe with more precision because i do music 😔 actually i tried the old tracks in the game with the gamecube badge and they don't sound as good as in the original game because of the new sound direction (the ambient noises and how the SFX are handled muddy up the mix a lot)
I am really trying to like this one but idk man that sitar is kinda annoying to me I feel like it takes away from the originals vibe. Like everyone else I do really like the new section though
