GW went through a dark age of plastic terrain around the early days of AoS. Once they switched back to the better plastic and started making faction specific terrain they really upped the ante on the quality and detail. This terrain is the culmination of that. It has EVERYTHING. Quality plastic. Great detail. It's VERY modular and easy to convert and build. A+ for GW on this one.
Great video! I've got myself 8 houses and 2 palisades kits (so far) I'd like to build a stable. - Blacksmith. - Trade and marketplace. - A large building but not a huge hall (maybe for someone rich or important. - A enclosed watchtower. Videos on ideas or help for any of those ideas and others would be great!
@@Zorpazorp i know this is quite late after the fact, i just found your channel a few days ago. But the fact that you actually followed up with this guy to supply the link is awesome! You really do this for love of the hobby
Thanks for the shout out dude :) really looking forward to the mad stuff you come up with :) I got the stronghold kit and have 2 more houses on order but have plans to use 18 kits total, kinda wish I ordered 3 strongholds 😂
I have been assembling, kit-bashing, and converting GW terrain for Warhammer 40.000 for almost 25 years now ... I am jealous as Hell right now, because this looks like it may well be the best designed terrain kit they have ever made ... and it is for LotR!!!
After watching this interesting video, I have to ask where can I see people’s creation with these kits. Sorry for the dumb question, but which is the forum that is mentioned? Thanks!
Omg Lachie not in a lotr t-shirt! I was undecided on these terrain kits, but I'm definitely going to pick some up!! Please tell me you're gonna do a painting guide video?
Great guide, like to pick some up one day. Are you going to show some conversions to the Last Alliance Elves on your BGME series ? Think I got it from "The Last Alliance" site many years ago. They look great !
