My setup is:
Roku 3920, software 9.4.0 build 4200-91
Sony 49X8309CBU 4K TV
Sony STR-DN1030 Receiver
The Roku plugs into the TV, the Sony receiver is connected to the TV's HDMI ARC port. No amount of changing settings even remotely helped with this issue.

same issue on my soundbar keep audio dropping every 2seconds for 40-45seconds interval.. connected to soundbar arc via Hdmi cable to tv arc..and im using Xiaomi MiBox media player..why is that happen?

Any updates cuz I don't have a Roku but I have another device that's happening on my cable box and fire stick using the arc to my soundbar and just by changing hdmi cables
