You won't hear the fret ring/buzz in the factory demo. it may be dull and unimaginative, but we get to hear the bass, harmonics, loops and FX sounds in isolation, which is useful.
This is a really great module for natural sounding drums and bass. This is just a really bad demo. I wouldn't base your opinion off of this demo at all.
