I think Breitling should base its entire superocean collection on this model, the full ceramic bezel is a wonderful idea that can make it stand out from all the other identical divers out there. Make it 40 mm, improve the clasp with microadjustment - and the will have a best seller.
That Roger Dubuis is an outstanding creation! I do slightly prefer Brian’s version but can’t go wrong with that watch for a unique design and practical complications.
Gorgeous Reverso! I see that burgundy dials are becoming popular. People doubted me; but I seldom lead people astray! That Panerai does fauxtina correctly in that they don’t leave certain things in stark white. In that all printing is fauxtina’ed, it looks a lot more legit. I’m not a big Breitling guy but I really like how the whole bezel is ceramic. Very good idea, both functionally and aesthetically. That HM&C Heritage - gorgeous! Put mine on a blue gator strap! As much as I love HM&C, their models that have no hour indices are hard for me to anchor my eyes on. Just hour indices and nothing else would make me a lot more willing to buy.
That GST chronograph really got my attention. I wasn’t expecting that from IWC. I usually find their pieces unwearable. This was surprisingly subtle and quite elegantly so.
Lange make the best looking movements in the industry, they're second to none, the finishing is just impeccable and they have such depth, truly amazing craftsmanship.
In your honest opinion do you believe a 6 digit professional model like the 126710BLNR/BLRO will be worth more or less in 10 years?I like the ability to get my money back if I ever wanted to. On the one hand, they’re hard to get sports models which will eventually be discontinued. On the other hand, eventually the hype can die down with many people having one and that will bring price down. Same question on the 126610LV (new Kermit) and the all steel Daytona. Thank you!
@@roybatty6368 Very ignorant response. This has nothing to do with the ability to buy or the worry of loss. What matters to educated people, especially at my younger age, are assets versus liabilities. The 10k I’m going to spend on a Batman will make far less than in the stock market obviously, so this isn’t purely about making profit even though money is important to me. Also, buying the Rolex gives me happiness in terms of getting an object that I respect and want to wear and own. So if I can buy a Rolex that retains value or even appreciates, it’s the best of both worlds as I get what I want without buying a liability. I asked a watch channel a genuine question, I didn’t ask your opinion. And why would I? You’ve identified yourself as an ignoramus who probably doesn’t have a single Rolex to his name. This is the last I waste my time with you.
I think your home video quality intro cards was... cute?... during lockdown. Now it is just awful. For a company flipping subs at double retail, I think you can afford better.
