Agreed. Another commenter compared this to hazing and I think they're exactly right. It was morally wrong to pressure a person to do this. Between that, and the utter glee mcelroy fans have expressed over it in comments of this and previous videos, I'm done. I used to be a massive mcelroy fan but I'm never listening to or interacting with any of their content ever again.

@@adventuresinaardia To be clear, I don't think they were bullying you or anything. I just think this felt like whiplash when some of the stuff on their list is fun and whimsical, and this one was just gross. But that also might be personal preference because I have a pretty weak stomach.

@@adventuresinaardia Oh hi, I didn't think I would get an immediate reply from on a several day old video lol. Pressure is maybe not the right word, but I couldn't think of anything more fitting. I did assume you asked them to create a wild magic table, but they were the ones to put that on it. I really do think hazing is an apt comparison. No one's forced to go through with it, the people being hazed are always the ones who asked to join the fraternity/sorority. And they could back out any time, but there'd be consequences, just as I'm sure some viewers would get angry at you if you hadn't done it. (And beyond those slightly more abstract comparisons, it also sounds like it could literally be an exact task a pledge would do while being hazed...) If you didn't feel pressured or bothered by this then I'm glad that it all worked out okay. But I still don't think that makes it okay for the mcelroys to have done it.

@@rylie8989 I vetted all the list items before I agreed they could make their video public- it’s something we worked on for months. I’m not being pressured by viewers or anything like that, and the McElroys were not malicious in any way shape or form throughout the entire process. I personally think the stuff they came up with is hilarious, and it’s been fun to make these videos. I understand not every one is going to like them, but I really think you have misjudged the situation a bit.
