Roll Forming Machine for galvanized Steel Door Frame Running in South Africa

The video recorded the roll-forming machine working in a customer's factory. It manufactured Door framing automatically from galvanized steel coil.
By this metal door frame production line, 5 patterns are available to manufacture by adjusting the roller die width.
And this roll forming line consist of a double-head uncoiler, servo-feeding and leveler machine, hole-punching machine, roll former, and flying cutting machine.
This modular-designed roll forming machine is available to ship by the container load.
