In Monsters & Minions, you went to war against Dragul invaders. In Fiends & Familiars, you befriended wild beasts and dispelled cruel spirits. Now your fully formed, battle-hardened heroes must defend the kingdom of Nalos and uncover a mystery that lies at the heart of the Abandoned Lands. Navigate your missions with care. It's up to you who to befriend and who to battle. Will you slay the giant troll or attempt to make peace? Will you do the vampire's bidding or defend the mysterious cultists he wants to destroy? Will you remain loyal to king and country - or side with the enemies of Nalos? Whatever choices you make, someone will remember and respond. Roll Player Adventures is a co-operative storybook board game for 1-4 players set in the world of Roll Player. Players inhabit characters, face challenges, and make decisions that will change the story as they progress through eleven core adventures and a replayable side quest. Adventures does not require the Roll Player base game or any of its expansions to play. Pick from one of six pre-generated characters, or import a favorite Roll Player character and take them on a heroic journey. If you do import a character you've built in Roll Player, any number of expansions and any number of promo cards/boards that were used may continue to be used in Roll Player Adventures." *Media Inquiries:* rollingsologamer@gmail.com You can connect with the Rolling Solo community in multiple places! Starting adventure 4 today. I just cant stop playing, this is crazy. I’m baffled how the story fits together no matter what choice I make, and believe me I made stupid choices. I will definitely be replaying and replaying and replaying until I play every single story arch.
I can’t recommend playing with Nefra from the start more highly - basically adding the backstory from the word go adds so much. I als recommend doing the side quest around adventure 5 & 6 . Won’t say more as … well spoilers sweetie ;)
@@RollingSolo ohmygosh, so much fun stuff! The adventure...an expansion (mqybe included), Cartogrpher stuff like maps and a Heroes thingy. Hours of entertainment even simply unpacking and sorting 🎉
Looking forward to that first playthrough! Thinking on filming the whole campaign or just the first Adventure? I have already finished it myself and still can’t stop watching videos about it. It’s that good!!
I got my copy yesterday and boy was the game box HUGE. And HEAVY (fortunately the store where I got it carried it out to my car for me). I have never played a game like this before and DO have and enjoy Roll Player. I am playing a bunch of Roll Player games to create characters to import. QUESTION for those who know how this type of game works ... when creating my character in Roll Player, what cards are the best ones to try for (cards turn up 3 at a time and I can choose one if I have the gold for it). I have been trying to get all six attributes as high as I can, often choosing my dice to get the highest total for each attribute even if it means a lower "score" for the game I'm playing itself (since I want to actually USE the character I want it to have good attributes) ... Should I look at all the Trait and Skill cards that correspond to those in Roll Player to see which would make a good set of cards? Also the weapons and armor cards? Tips from experienced players?
Just got my copy excited to play it this weekend. Never played any of their other games but it looks like a bigger and better version of legacy of dragonholt.
Roll Player is one of my top games of all times. My copy of RPA comes in tomorrow! My question I have had about this is what if you use the card that allows you to get points for low stats? Will this game punish this? I won many games of RP by being weak!
My experience with RPA is there are a few occasions clearly designed to "rebalance" essentially by having encounters with rewards based on how easily you win. Some even penalise you for winning in round 1 of a multi phase encounter.. hence the reasoning it's a balancing mechanism.
brand new to solo board games. im working my way through destinies and expansions which seems to be the ultimate solo board game for new players.. already looking for my follow up even though i have 2 and a half expansions to finish but would this be a good choice? its a bitch starting with the best (best for a new player).
Welcome to the channel! Hope you enjoy it here. We have multiple areas you can connect with on Discord, FB and other social media. 😄 I would say this would be a perfect choice for you after Destinies. If you like app driven games there are a handful of gems I have covered on the channel.
Wow this looks great, if you want to buy one of the character creation games they have made, which one would be best for later porting them to this game?
The base game alone is good enough for character creation. There are a couple promo characters for character creation as well out there. That’s what I recommend.
@@jimmykungberg308 Roll Player Adventures is the game you want from this unboxing video. If you're looking to import characters than picking up Roll Player will satisfy that. Cheers!
Completely stand-alone but you can import your character(s) you played in Roll Player into it if you wish. This will be going to retail and available on the publishers store in the future like other Roll Player games. 😄👍🏼
