It was so tasty and we didn't know the secret of how to cut a long strip of meat. Only now Mike has shown us a video and we are successfully grilling this dish on our home BBQ now (also same dish possible to roast at kitchen owen). Best greetings!

This is amazing. This is the best video that we found on this. Took about an hour of sifting though people trying to sell their seasoning, I am not lying there was a guy who used about a pound of his seasoning on one steak. It was often hard to watch others but this seemed like a very well put together informational video. Keep grilling my friend.
