This is one of those ideas where I think to my self “why didn’t I think of that”. Very good.

Maybe someone else already suggested this but one way to improve upon this design would be to configure the 2 rollers on the one side to be "slidable" so that you could achieve tighter diameter bends by moving them closer together. Regardless, I love how this was made and plan on making one at some point myself. Props!

That saw reminds me of ones in a place I worked , they had recirculating water- solvable oil for cooling - lubricating and some of the oils were rancid and had bacteria growing in them and the fan on the motor would blow over the oil and into my face so if I had to run it a lot I would have to avoid breathing through my nose as it would mess my sinuses all up. Wonderful memories

Давно такое сделал. Два уголка,три болта приваренные и на них три натяжных ролика. За час сделал для сгибания профиля для беседки.

Nice work. Don't understand the down votes. Yes you can buy a chinese cheap ass tool to do this but home built tools are better and gratifying to use. This tool was made from very little raw material.
