Thank you! Glad you liked the video. This really was a great day and very easy to film. And come down to the next one wherever you are with your skating. It’s a very mixed and accommodating group and everyone at any level is welcome. We’re all on our different journeys together 🛼 ❤️
Thanks! It's great to see these videos being enjoyed around the world. I did lots of small trips into Europe over the summer that I filmed and will be releasing soon... Next year I will be heading further afield! Making skate videos as I travel the world that’s the dream! 🛼🌍
Thank you 😊 glad you liked the video. And yeah skating outdoors on different textures really does change things 😅 Burgess Park is a great place to skate and a very welcoming community. Also check out the description for some other skate communities. And if you're based east London check out Bethnal Green Gardens and Finsbury Park in North London✌🏽
Another excellent movie clip captures the tremendous natural vibes of what must have been an enjoyable “skate out” in Brighton. What a great way to start the weekend. That made me smile, and I wish I had been there. Also, some inspiring skating skills are delivered with the backdrop of the sea captured with full-action camera work and slick editing. Triple Threat! Great Skater, Teacher, Content maker/Editor
Ha ha, The Triple Threat, I like it! 🙌🏽 Thanks for taking time to give some amazing feedback. It really was a great trip and I’m glad I could convey some of the great vibes and skilful skating. Hopefully lots more little skate excursions coming up! 🛼 🌊 ☀️
Now, that's a good idea to skate (in the fresh morning air) across town. I have in-line skates but never used them, being used to only roller skates. Maybe it's time I tried!
Yeah inlines are quite a different feel but good for different experiences. I like inline skates for distance and street skating as they can handle different surfaces pretty well. But quads are my go to for dance skating 🛼
The most popular wheels for street skating and outdoor skating are Airwaves. They are big and soft and can handle different surfaces well. Another option is Sims Street Snakes - A tiny bit smaller so a bit easier to manoeuvre for dancing and tricks but not as smooth ✌🏽
(Replying to a comment that I accidentally deleted instead of replying to! 😅) Comment: I have just started skating where do I find out about skates like this, would love to join one. Reply: This trip was organised by the Burgess Park Skating Community based in Burgess Park South London. If you check out the description there is Instagram links to for them and some of the other skate communities also present ✌🏽
