You have some beautiful pigeons. I let my 4 roller hens out for the first time yesterday. They didn't go far but just stayed around the box & then flapped around & after 15 minutes came in again. I've been trap training them & they are doing well.

I got the same problem with the hawk our birds spend more time in the flight now than thay r out bud it even started hitting my racers as well now but me and my littel girl loves watching the vids u put up
Do you know how many weeks I’ve been looking for an answer as to how many birds I’m a kit box. Now the question is are we talking about full grown? So if they say no more then one bird per 1 cubed foot and this is 31 cubed feet. I’d say yes no more then 20 even though it can fit 30. By going 10 under we can keep the stress off the birds.
PPotty1 I have a question. My male is just sitting not chasing the hen or any signs of breeding going on. You think it might be because of winter and molt? i'm thinking it might not be fertile anymore

Hi, question for you. Do you recommend putting any bedding material like wood chips or straw on the floor of a loft? I dont have kit boxes just one semi big loft. I currently use woodchips but with winter coming its been a hassle trying to get dry woodchips. Thanks!
