I was a break dancer in the late 80s and early 90s and can tell you now that these guys are a league above anything we were doing back then. This is the ultimate in breakdancing and melds in a lot of gymnastics into the floor work. The upper body work has fallen to the wayside, which is too bad. In the old days, teams would start off with upper body work before transitioning (uprocking) and getting down and dirty with the floor work. Very few break dancers are good at both.
