Before I buy this I want to make sure that it will be able to print fine off the iPhone 13 max pro because I seen a lot of reviews saying they are having problems printing from the iPhone 13 do you have an idea about that??
Okay, I was able to get all the way to the set up. But I can't print the test page! Rollo is set up on my computer but I'm not able to print on my phone! How can i fix this?
I have a Netgear nighthawk mesh router and I can connect the Rollo to my network, but then when I try to connect my phone or laptop, neither can see the printer. The green on blue lights are both on which indicate it's connected to the network, but none of my devices can see it.
My system will not go into the yellow/purple, just keeps going back to white.. Any thoughts? I really don't want to use rollo app, it's not as good as pirate ship..
@@PhiTonics I ended up buying a MacBook & a munbyn (or however you spell it) printer. So far, it’s worked for me & I run my MacBook off my hotspot since I don’t have internet.
Me and my mom are trying to print from her phone a label but the labels aren't fitting the label properly it's barely printing the barcode and missing everything else on the label please help or do we need to use the app
Hi im trying to use my ipad to print labels but for some reason when i do the label isnt fully printing on the label .. like it isnt taking the whole label up. The wording is so tiny etc
@@thecollegepicker do you mean change the setting in the app or the printing somehow? I'm trying to help my mom print from her iPhone but they're not fitting the label properly even when they say 4x6
you should have that wireless button, it's flush with the machine so it seems like it is just a light but try pushing it w you thumbnail gently. you will feel it click.
Hi there is a pause button and also a reverse button on RU-vid controls. There is also a slow down feature if you click the ear icon on desktop or mobile and you can slow it down to your Desire 😌

I have the newer version of the roolo thermal printer The flashing lights was very annoying for me and was taking up a lot of my time trying to get the light situation concepts Been at it for hrs back n forth to get the light to match up,... something greater in me said go,ahead and print a lable anyway ... different color lights lashing everywhere on the rollo.. me tell you to slow down . nothing to lose . With much frustration I flew off my bum and proceeded to print a label 1 second later the printer spit out a label ..I replied ... I knew it!! too happy 😊 I love my Rollo printer
