I haven’t been there personally. I requested info from the developers agent. They have a couple left. I could go check it out in person if you are interested to know more. They look to be inexpensive and have weird layouts but this is just what I can tell from the information sent online. Maybe they are better in person? They are definitely in a good location!
For many properties like this, the amount of the Home Owners Association fee is almost as important as the price of the unit. I don’t know why virtually all agents or sellers doing these videos, don’t post this in their description or in the video.
