Sitting in the knowledge that it's okay not to constantly have revelations and personal learnings was really comforting to hear. For the past three months I have been sitting with myself a lot, and I'm not used to feeling stagnant so it has started cultivating some very weird negative self-talk. I'm trying to let a lot of that go, to work on treating myself better, to vibrate at a higher frequency because I can feel this critical version of myself impacting people around me. I started tearing up when I read "welcome to a digital resting place" because it's exactly what I've been needing. I've been so overwhelmed with social media even if isn't things that are necessarily bad, just trying to silence out the outside world, but even when I put the phone down I feel so overwhelmed and restless and my involvement and mental headspace has been so overwhelming, all over the place and just taking its toll... then I just started watching your videos again after two months and there is just this amount of love and peace, kindness and compassion that washed over me that for so long after my last relationship I've made the choice to be cold and put the walls up again and been laying in a pool of numbness as a choice to rather not feel love again and just block all of it out and now it's been hard to open up and feel warmth again and your video just entered the cracks of my heart and shed some light on the inside too, I feel so deeply blessed, despite the distance and not knowing you in person I could sense your love and my inner child felt it too, it made me smile and just wanting to hug myself and the world.
