Rome skip glitch (useful for EXTREME mode) - Asterix & Obelix XXL: Romastered

This is the way you can exploit a bug to skip most of the Rome level. After the 200 Romans fight, which is the last fight before the boss when using this method, you enter the first arena. STAY TO THE LEFT as most as you can, so the fight will not start, at least not with locking out the switch. Go to the switch to open the door and do this for the next arenas as well. That’s basically it.

Oh, I remember discovering that one glitch on original game years ago. And since I didn't knew how to use combos, this pretty much saves me, cuz last section with 1500 eneimes were breaking me.

That's really cool. I just found out a very similar glitch to this. You just have to make Obelix stuck behind the catapult in the first stage and the lock in the last stage with the animals won't trigger, so you will be able to open the gate.

Not all heroes wear capes. This extreme mode is fucked up. I doubt they even tested it. Its not difficult,its broken. Btw thanks a lot bro

I'm very disappointed with this game, after 5 incredible levels, I was expecting a great last level, but instead I found myself playing a boring, repetitive and glitchy scenario like this one. Only the final Boss battle gave me some enjoyment, thank God I finished it
