Just as Balanchine liked tall dancers, I think Sir Kenneth’s choreography is enhanced by height. Mr Hallberg and Miss Murphy are beautifully matched in this respect, and they are lovely together in this famous pas de deux. .
That's totally ridiculous and disrespectful to a great artist like Hallberg. Fonteyn and Nureyev had fantastic chemistry. Vishneva and Marcelo Gomes too. It's about ACTING, not real life. You don't understand ballet at all I guess.
Chris Ulmer, There are not more straight men than gay men, it's the other way around. The women are on diets as are the men for obvious reasons, some women are physically lovely but some are skeletons where as others are nice, nothing spectacular.
