I feel the same as Romeo. There's a 90 yd run, Josh.Jacobs makes in overtime to beat the seahawks. That's all I gotta say It's like definitely a top 10 offense. And I think it'll be a top 10 defense for the first time.in I don't know how long GBG
The only way C. Watson isn't WR1 is if his hamstring keeps acting up. When he's on the field and healthy, the Packers chances of winning exponentially increases.
Hey man my name is Nick reichenbacher, I live in Minnesota but I'm an avid Packers fan and I was wondering.. I do a sports podcast on Spotify for podcasters, it's through the riverside app and with the pre season in full swing I was wondering if you'd wanna be on an episode of my football podcast beyond the end zone? If so I can send a Link to your email so you can join the show on my riverside account. What week or weeks work for you to be on?@@SidelineScoop
Romeo doesn't like to really talk about himself or brag about the team. He is a very humble guy. You can understand the man better if you dig deeper and check out some in depth interviews.
Leads me to believe he just thought about how great Jacobs looked in the offense and couldn’t help but laugh. I’m very excited to see how this team looks this season. Pack is back!
@@Blammo94 you can tell he was bout to say something then said nah yall will see. I think the packers are going to be really good at all 3 phases. If we can stay healthy and hafley brings what I think he’s going to be. And the nfc is not that strong of a conference. I can’t wait to see our 1st preseason game
The rest of the league should be very afraid. Why? When a humble and focused dude like Romeo says something you better cash that cheque. Remember what he said about Jordan Love earlier on in that he don't see much of a difference between catching passes from Jordan Love or Aaron Rodgers which at the time sounded crazy. Makes sense now. The league is in trouble!! Give em hell!!!
Through 2 NFL seasons, Romeo Doubs has posted 101 receptions for 1,099 yards and 11 touchdowns. Only 2 other receivers in team history have reached the 1001-1,000-10 plateaus through their 1st 2 years. One is in the Pro Football Hall Of Fame: James Lofton. The other should be and still could be someday Sterling Sharpe. So with that as a statistical backdrop, it was noteworthy hearing this about Romeo Doubs from Matt Lafluer after 3 weeks of QTA’s and a 2-day minicamp wrapped up mid-June. That’s saying something, particularly when Romeo Doubs last on-field game action featured some of the best football of his young NFL career. At Dallas in the NFC Wild Card playoff game, Romeo Doubs caught 6 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown, his 1st career 100-yard game and the 3rd-most receiving yards in team playoff history. He then followed that up with 4 catches for 83 more yards in the Divisional Game Round at San Francisco. Only Davante Adams 298 yards in the 2019-20 playoffs tops Romeo Doubs 234 in a 2-game playoff run in team annuals, and it’s a good bet that Romeo Doubs will be back for more. That defeat at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers is serving as motivation for many, if not all, of the Green Bay Packers offensive players who hadn’t previously experienced playoff football. That group is, of course, headed by Jordan Love and Green Bay’s young, up-and-coming receiving corps, for which Romeo Doubs is stepping into a leadership role of his own. He’s not the most vocal guy and doesn’t seek attention, but Romeo Doubs is almost inevitably developing into a leader via 2 key foundational blocks. One of his work ethic, as Matt Lafluer has lauded him for being “deliberate” about the work he puts in, whether it’s catching extra rounds off the JUGS machine or taking a coaching point about opening up his stride and applying it to all the route-running drills. The other is his connection with Jordan Love, which began during Romeo Doubs rookie NFL season in 2023-23 when Jordan Love was running the offense during the offseason. The 2 also have worked out together on their own in California multiple times, including this past winter before players returned to Green Bay in mid-April. Not one to dive into personal details, Romeo Doubs labeled the 2024 offseason as “progressive” which would align with the goal of growth. He’s going to contribute a workout regimen during the break leading up to training camp, while also looking forward to some time as a “family man”. When training camp arrives, he’ll be all business once again, doing his best to avoid the spotlight off the field while snagging catches with sharp routes and strong hands on it. The question as to whether this deep Packers receiving corps has a true #1 will persist until the games start and beyond, but Romeo Doubs is the last one to get hung up on it. Production-wise, he was the top guy on the biggest stage last January, which is something to build upon, regardless of any labels. Romeo Doubs is always more about the group than he is about himself, and he’ll set the example for any who wish to follow. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
I love Romeo, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. I don't think we can really appreciate just how good adams is, because he's still playing, but Romeo is good.
+ Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
😂 I been seeing it in my head all off-season NFL just doesn't understand what's about to hit them and my god don't get me started with the Defense best Safety and corner in the league. Only question is the Linebackers if there good it's over
