Ron Hynes performs his best known classic for the packed house at the ECMA ShowCase at the Pub Flamingo. Although technically, this was the 3rd year for the event, it was actually the first one under the ECMA banner, which added Newfoundland talent to the Mix of the Previous Maritime Music Awards. The first few years had little TV coverage, so in a lot of cases, I have the only footage of the early stuff.......Soon after, the big TV stations jumped on board and pretty much denied us access to shoot, or I would have footage of those as well :)
