0:23 I run a similar IH 430 baler, and re-baling missed bales, and hanging loops of twine on the tension cranks (to keep it from tangling up the pickup) is VERY familiar to me. Many of these comments of videos like this say "years ago I used handle these" . Square bales were the primary method of haying until large round bales became popular in the late 70s. And you and me stubbornly hang onto baling squares ( because the sales to horse owners and hobbiests are lucrative).
The 2 problems i came across with mine was a worn roller on the billhook and then and also i found the twine coming out of the box has to be tentioned correctly. I found if the tention wasnt quite rite the twine used to slip out of the needle and that would completly mess up the next knot
