@@thomaschacko6320 Ah, I see here you're talking about current sitting president of the United States Joe Biden? I have to say though, unfortunately even with the teleprompter he often struggles, if however you are speaking about the man in the video? I suppose you're the one who will be needing a teleprompter.
@@mrczz6690 Doesn't have to... What one does is greater than any speech.... Stupid people have been lulled by speeches for centuries into depravity and destruction... Speeches are not the solution to anything....
Yea. A true leader ignores thousands of people dying from a virus and tripled economic debt. They also provide illegal arms to man countries, cause why not?
@@carlsjunior2343 CDC estimates 12,000 to 61,000 deaths from the flu annually since 2010. Over 320,000 people have died from covid in the U.S., in not even a full year.
@@carlsjunior2343 And there were still many things Trump and other elected officials (not just trump) could have done many things to prevent the economic disaster we had. And even if they couldnt, which they could have, lives should be put in front of the economy
@@carlsjunior2343 and i know the president doesnt have absolute power, but the tripling in debt was still a cause of Reagan economics. He also could have acknowledge aids much earlier, which he didnt, and he still personally helped provide illegal arms to countries.
@@zachquade6745 he shut down travel to and from European countries in January and after we started reviving cases at larger numbers put governors in charge(it's their job to watch their state). And I don't think you know that the economy is the reason that the United States isn't going under right now, if the economy were to complete collapse millions would die
Greatest President in my lifetime (I'm 62), probably the greatest in a century. I was fortunate enough to work on his 1980 campaign. I still have lots of campaign literature, buttons, bumper stickers.
@@joeconcertshd3451 Reagan was lots better. He had a long established record as a conservative commentator and later Governor before running in 1976. Trump is not a true conservative as Reagan was but Trump has done a couple really good things: rolled back tons of Obama regulations AND nominated lots of true conservative/Constitutional judges. McConnell has done an excellent job in getting them confirmed too. Reagan had to compromise to get some confirmed because the Senate rules back then made it easy for just one Senator to block a judge from even getting a vote. Senate rules today are a lot easier in getting an up/down vote. I wish Trump behaved more like Reagan. Reagan p's charm and wit made it hard to dislike him. Trump's behavior turns off a lot of people.
@@TonyMontana-qv8cx Very interesting. I do see why alot don't like Trump, although I do think he'll leave a legacy that many won't forget. Reagan certainly seemed to have that professionalism/charm that rubbed off on people in general.
@@joeconcertshd3451 Charm didn't stop the crooks from taking over! Trump is dealing with a corrupt system and speaking truth to crooks. It doesn't need charm to do that! Oratory excellence has driven this country into the ground, because it deceived the hearers..... Actions speak FAR louder than eloquent words...
A President who understood, lived and breathed American exceptionalism. Great Leader, speaker who offered real hope after a low period in America. How far we have fallen by 2024 from an America i grew up in. My hope is there is another Ronald Reagan out there in the future for our Grandchildren.
You can call me what you want, I would run through a brick wall for that Man. I was a young boy when he was President. I didn't understand what a President was really. I didn't know how important he was to our country.
American Politics is like having two screens, The Democrat screen is on the wall, the Republican's screen is on the floor in another building down the road. Want a Better Economy? History Says Vote Democrat! Personal disposable income has grown nearly 6 times more under Democratic presidents Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has grown 7 times more under Democratic presidents Corporate profits have grown over 16% more per year under Democratic presidents (they actually declined under Republicans by an average of 4.53%/year) Average annual compound return on the stock market has been 18 times greater under Democratic presidents (If you invested $100k for 40 years of Republican administrations you had $126k at the end, if if you invested $100k for 40 years of Democrat administrations you had $3.9M at the end) Republican presidents added 2.5 times more to the national debt than Democratic presidents The two times the economy steered into the ditch (Great Depression and Great Recession) were during Republican, laissez faire administrations Why Are Republican Presidents So Bad for the Economy? G.D.P., jobs and other indicators have all risen faster under Democrats for nearly the past century. U.S. Jobs, Income, GDP Growth 'Startlingly' Higher Under Democratic Presidents. Over the last 6 decades--60 years or so, history has tended to favor Democratic presidents in terms of economic performance. During the final 3 years of Barack Obama's presidency 2014. 2015 . 2016 , the number of jobs added was 1.5 million greater than the number added during Trump's first 3 years in office 2017 2018 2019. Trump inherited a booming economy - and handed Biden a nation 'in shambles'.
Well great. I'm probably going to have to pick between two baboons, why can't things go back to having at least one candidate who was at least agreeable not just better then the other guy?

The best inaugural speeches come in troubled times. This speech is a valid prescription for today and we know it worked in its time. God bless our country.
Ronald Reagan and JFK were the most overrated Presidents in American history. Top 3 Presidents: George Washington Abraham Lincoln FDR. then, 2nd tier great Presidents: Thomas Jefferson Theodore Roosevelt. 3rd tier great Presidents: James Madison Andrew Jackson Woodrow Wilson Harry S. Truman Dwight Eisenhower. JFK and Ronald Reagan could only be considered in the 4th tier. George Herbert Walker Bush 41 and Bill Clinton could be in fifth tier great Presidents.
I LOVE AND MISS HIM SO MUCH. HE WAS A GREAT CHRISTIAN MAN AND PRESIDENT AND HUSBAND AND FATHER. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY CHILDHOOD SO GREAT! AND BEING A GREAT LEADER FOR THE WORLD AND KEEPING US SAFE. WE REMEMBER, PEACE THRU STRENGTH! THIS WAS ONE OF THE VERY BEST INAUGURAL SPEECHES EVER.
The last President who actually acted Presidential through and through. His likeness should be sculpted into Mt. Rushmore alongside Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln and Roosevelt.
This speech could ABSOLUTELY fit today, to a t!! Where’s Ronald Reagan when we need him?!?! Maybe he “Wonder Twins activated”,,,form of,,,,,,,Ron Desantis!!! 😃🤞
Inspired so many, me included, to join the US military...to do our small part. We won the Cold War for a reason. Honored to have served with some of our nation's finest citizens, serving under one of our greatest presidents. USAF 1986-91
Wow, what an unbelievable momentous speech. Truly incredible that so many eloquent words of wisdom could be put in a speech. How fitting as well to our current times right now 40+ years later. I hope to hear a similar unifying speech from a president in the near future.
I cold only imagine what Ronald Reagan would think about Bush jr, Clinton, Obama, Trump that crazy Hillary Biden etc The man would roll over in his grave.
I wish we had orators such as him in today’s politics. He inspired us and brought us together. The graciousness of President Carter and Vice President Mondale was appearent.
I would hope for today's day and years that this country can stand up for what you saying today if only the country would be a better country today we wouldn't be going through the chaos is going to today God bless America
So refreshing to hear Mr Reagans words today. Contrast this inaugural address and the peaceful transfer of power with that of the 2020 debacle and the hysterical rants of the departing president and his entourage - it seems we’re in a completely different country and the outlook is not good

@@powerfulstrong5673 lmao Woodrow Wilson?? Get out of here with that that globalist POS might be the worst President in history. I’m fact if we’re talking overrated let’s talk about FDR who is by far the most overrated (other than maybe Obama) he is the reason we have the welfare state we have now. Both of these guys did nothing but ignore our constitution and bill of rights and stripped away every bit of individualism that made our country great.
