Agreed. I'm almost 33 now and my all time guy is Robin Van Persie. Grew up watching him and Henry and Messi and Ronaldo and Scneider and Robben and Forlan and Drogba and many many more who are all now done or almost there. Great times and great memories.... if it's not obvious I'm a bit a Netherlands fan lol. Miss those teams from the last 10 years that came SOOOO CLOSE in major tournaments. Pepe was so impressive and incredible. The passion, energy must say its so amazing. When I saw him chasing Demblelle I believe we could see poor Pepe couldnt catch up but didnt give up and smashed it away from his feet prior to approaching the box and his ecstasy proved it the vigor to do anything for his team. As a Ronaldo fan, he absolutely sold against France, he had a chance to advance with Portugal to the semis but he blasted the ball over the top of the goal and sent it straight to the moon, I could probably whip up a better shot than that Harry Kane attempt of a goal

A beautiful and astonishing career for Ronaldo. I won't be surprised to see him in the World Cup team in less than 2-years in 2026. But that will be it at age 41. An amazing way to end it in America. Silver play like an young boy yesterday playing backward the whole game and this players don't respect Ronaldo like we do as fan . He took almost 10 runs and they never pass him the ball until he dropped and when ever Ronald held the ball that where some moments of forward action happen . I was real disappointed about Portugal Middlefielders how they players with poor France . I wish he retired and let this boys play their ways . Thanks pep and Ronald for strong mentality.
