Welcome back home, Cristiano. As a Madrid fan, I must admit that United fans are the ones who always appreciated him the most, and they deserve to see him play at Old Trafford again.
@@imposter-982 please stfu...we just value our club more than players. For us, Real Madrid is bigger than Ronaldo. So after he left, we moved on. We never disrespected Ronaldo tho. Hes the Goat
looking back now and seeing what Ronaldo has become It doesnt feel real the times I used to watch him as an 18 year old all those years ago. Its now a privilege that he played for Man utd. He is the GOAT and now everyone attached to him has him as one of their proudest memories. Watch Ferguson when he meets Ronaldo these days after UCL wins and Euro cup win. I don;t think I have seen him ever look at anyone with so much delight and pride.
Perfectly said. No matter what club our legends go to, we will always remember them as still part of United forever. Even Ronny and Becks have said before that they always hold Manchester special in their hearts
+Jon Samuel Even to us in Portugal its like Ronaldo never left United believe that, u guys are great fans its unbeliveable the support given by Man.Utd fans. And i support Sporting Clube de Portugal
(*after butchering every other name*) ......WELCOME BACK! THE MAGNIFICENT 7! CRISTIANO RONALDO!!!!! One of the best and most emotional moments in football history.
I got emotional hearing the United fans' reaction when his name was read out, and Ronaldo raising his hand briefly in acknowledgment...that little moment there, all the memories came flooding back. The goals he’s scored for us, the chances he’s missed, the trophies we’ve won, the finals we’ve lost... I don't know if it's just me, but I feel that Cristiano Ronaldo = Manchester United. When I think of Cristiano, I think of the red jersey. The no 7. The friendship and chemistry he shared with the great players here. All those fancy flicks, step overs, goals - him just flying down the wings as Old Trafford is brought to its feet. It's just etched into the brain, you can't help it but that image will always be representative of him. As a United fan I couldn't have been more proud of what he's doing in his career. It was inevitable really, and I would not have expected anything less. I’m just grateful our paths crossed on that fateful night in Lisbon, as Sir Alex told him they’re not leaving on the plane without him. What is certain to me - Cristiano will always be our boy - the kid from Madeira whom we watched grow up to be the best in the world in Manchester. Until we meet again, Ronnie! #VivaRonaldo

@@softkorner3874 in specific it was Florentino Perez who, when signed up CR7 from Man Utd, said he was valueless, when he was about to leave, Perez was underpaying him, much less than Messi whereas that time Cr7 was performing much better than Messi. It was Perez's mistreatment, underestimation and disrespect that led Cr7 to make such a drastic decision.
I cried when they announce CR7s name 7 years later: CR7 officially comes back to old trafford as a red devil again. The long wait is finally over. VIVA RONALDO
Loving the way they celebrate him before kick off and instantly boo him when he touches the ball 😆 I love to see him back at United, where I admired him the most
I'm watching this for the first time and actually cried. He gave so much to United and United gave him so much in return. I'd imagine it feels amazing to go to your opponent and feel welcomed this way, everyone supporting you.
From a portuguese and from a big fan of this guy, i really hope he comes back to united, he said many times it is his team, he loved to play there and for him i really want him to go back, united needs him!
onytha hayura as a United fan it’s completely understandable, if I had a choice between having either Chiellini or Phil Jones in my defence I know which one id pick
My dream is to go to Old Trafford, Manchester United fan for 10 years never watched a game live my dream is to witness all of it live. I am sure I'll tear up.
United fans is one of the best fans in the world, if not the best... they respect anyone who became legend at the club no matter which club the player play... Cr7 and Beckhams is the perfect example of that....
@@nasezwerg2436 ik that but the atmosphere isn't exactly "shit" I would rate it a 5/6 out of 10. But the new singing section is buzzing. But considering away support United fans are up there with one of the best. Who do you support mate?
And Now today in Friday , 27th August 2021 .. United's Boy Ronaldo has returned home ... I never have been this happiest in my whole life .. 😭😭❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“ and Number 7 WELCOME BACK”... Goosebumps😍😳 When you are great a player you are acknowledge for duty ! They make more noises for Ronaldo than Man Utd player !!!!
Ronaldo should have never left Manchester. He just keeps playing for Real because it was is mother's dream but he is out of his element. Manchester's culture is the right one for him. Madrid culture is all about calling him the portuguese and bashing him anytime they don't feel pleased.
united were my first love in football, i supported the club before I even knew ronaldo, but it was about damn time. seeing how the fans keep the same level of love and respect for him after all these 12 years, it's only right for him to come back home. in madrid he solidified his status as the best of all time but the fans never had his back like these united fans have. its about damn time. GGMU!
I remember the first time I got cable, I was looking through the channels and saw a man crying over missing a penalty.. I thought "damn, he must really love his team.." it was the United vs Chelsea final. Ever since, I've been a United fan, through highs and lows of this today we have a real red devil back with us! What a great fk*n day to be a UNITED FAN!
danilousada well what do u expect him to do? he's forced to play against the team he love most..if he apologize, madrid fans (-.-) will consider it as a betrayal
Coming back after cr7's 35 birthday when juve portugal and man u wished him a happy birthday while real didn't i really began to believe they used him and they didn't love him at all
Purposely came back to this video to hear the announcer announce "Welcome back Cristiano Ronaldo!" Still in disbelief that's he's finally back to Old Trafford! Older but with his experience and mentality, he'll bring good to the current team!
When i was 14 .. i started following football and the guy that made me do it was a bloody talented portuguese who was starting to make the football world his own, in a no. 7 manchester united shirt!❤️
Nostalgia and wishful thinking made me come back to watch this every now and again for the past 8 years. Now my friends, you can only imagine the joy I'll feel when I'll get to hear that famous name once more, in a Red shirt at Old Trafford again. Like it's meant to be.
