one of the best and most useful video that I watch about cr7 routine, thank so much bro. would be so effective if you listen carefully and analyze the video 🙏
Really helpful video, I love this. Will make sure to use it on my way to being the best in the world! You and your channel have been a real inspiration and guide for me on how to get to the top. Keep it up!
I'm a 20 years old state-level Badminton player. I started playing this sport late. I'm taking care of my diet & I don't miss a single training session. Is it possible for me to be the best in the world or is it too late?
It's great to have that ultimate ambition! But I would definitely work more immediately on how you can climb each rung on the ladder to that goal. Think about how you can get a look in Nationally first - could this be through under 21 squads etc? If so, what are the best tournaments to enter? Could you find a coach who has worked with athletes at a higher level before etc? The more you can map out those steps, the more quick your progress will be
Sir I have seen your videos to become confident not to be fear about matches and I have seen many others video but my question is how long it takes to finally become a confident player completely like when does this fear goes completely? And also tell that how we can practice mental training everyday to become confident
thanks very much. Becoming a confident player is a gradual process, and the time it takes may vary for each individual. Overcoming fear completely requires consistent effort and practice. Future videos should hopefully help you address this
Wow sam, I learnt a lot. Thx for enlightening me with the knowledge that ronaldo needed for his improvement. I will surely implement these into my training.❤
So for footballers is it ok if I am very focused when I play pickup with my friends. We do full field games just like matches and there is an actual level of intensity because I just do individual training to work on my weaknesses which i think is the point of individual training?
as someone who has been doin deliberate practice for over a year now, i can proudly say watching this video is one of the best decisions iv'e made, i went from a below average skilled player to an absolute baller and deadly finisher in about 5 months of hard work and discipline!
im good at dribbling,finishing/setpieces(my best skill)/good at passing/insane physical EXCEPT for stamina. im a chubby boy even tho i score a hattrick against my friends almost all game I STILL CANNOT RUN FOR OVER 10 MINS. if i score 3 goals in 10 mins imagine me if i could actually play for 90 mins. i need more cardio.
Ronaldo came into man united labelled as a world class talent. All this nonsense that ronaldo is a hardworker and that messi is only talented is bullshit. Cristiano was tearing apart man united prime defense at just 17 years old in a friendly.
The comparison point is that both are domains you can apply 'deliberate practice' to in order to become world class. Things like music do have a standardised 'grading' system, e.g. grade 1-8. And you could say "consumed by the people who like it" about football - a lot of people only watch certain teams, leagues, or competitions etc
Thanks for the great content. I want to ask you something. Is Cristiano Ronaldo talented? I mean, dribbling and speed is not a talent? There are many who say that Ronaldo is talented, while others say that he is not talented? Ibrahim Vic said that Ronaldo is made, not talented. I just want to answer the question because that will motivate me
This vedio made me take my football career seriously, i deleted all games from my phone, wrote shit ton of workouts, limited my screen and technology to absolutely low level. This vedio was the motivation for me. Thanks bro..
I think I am one of the best winger in my team I got passing, good positioning, good dribbling But I lack finishing I got to work on them can you please reply and suggest a drill to improve my finishing
My man. Thanks for these videos. I was an overachiever in my life but got into a slump after a traumatic incident. You are helping me with my PTSD to move forward
