Filmed July 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th 2006 during his final off-season week just 13 weeks out of the 2006 IFBB Mr. Olympia. A MASSIVE bodyweight of 325 lbs! This dvd includes four days of his workouts, all bodypart covered. Also, all of his off-season meals starting 10:30 am to 3 am.
We then move to September 11th, 2006, just 3 weeks out of the Mr. Olympia. You see an amazing transformation in his body. Also includes footage of his post pre-judging, post finals, and his celebration party after the Mr. Olympia contest.

@@Raypirat tbh I didn’t want to abuse steroids. Someone wants to be successful in bodybuilding you have to make certain sacrifices that I just didn’t want to make. I did take prohormones back then which effected my liver and I had heart complications. I’m healthy now and ive been enjoy powerlifting

I absolutely understand, my freshman year in highschool my dad ordered me flex magazines. My first magazine was several months before Ronnies first Olympia win when he lost to Levrone at the Frisco show, Then after that show, Ronnie started to win the rest of the shows such as night of champions beating Levrone, Then all of a sudden boom, 8 x Mr. Olympia, I had a chance to meet him at the 2006 Olympia, I was hoping that he would beat Lee Haney's record, but his injuries were starting to make him look un even with a torn back and triceps injury

Imagine back in the early 2000s when this was recorded how awkward it was in public. I was 23 when this was recorded but never knew it existed until 15 years later and they load it on email and post it . Only flip phones at best back then and not everyone had one. I bet he's so glad he did this . Awesome!
