*I never compare Ronnie's lyrics to any of his other songs. Every song has its own individual unique message even if the song is covering a lot of the same topic(s). I've been asked.. "How can you listen to somebody just complain about all their problems?" He's sharing, not complaining. And if some ppl aren't feeling that message, they're the lucky ones to not understand it. He's helping himself by sharing with all of us, he's helping us who relate and know we're not alone, and that "complaining" has saved lives. It takes a lot of vulnerability to give us what he does while making it sound so amazing at the same time. The whole band is made up of storytellers and messengers both lyrically and instrumentally.. and I'm here for it!*

I'm not too big on rap especially rap that's about fame and success (unless it's about how you came from nothing and had to struggle) but when it's about real shit I love it. When you have issues your mind tends to run miles and circles quickly, quite like rapping. Ronnie is one of my favs since he brings that metal aggression too.
