RAW the partisan inexperienced sniper is still a base 3+. "ignores all modifiers except pins and missing assistant," and inexperienced is just a modifier
What are your thoughts on adding a captured Renault UE to the list? It's an inexpensive multiple rocket launcher, so inexperienced doesn't hurt as much, and while it's unreliable it will probably deal more than 90ish pts of damage to the enemy. Thoughts?
Very helpful! 3 games in with my new partisan army and won all 3. My two 16 man squads of regulars with pistols are nearly unshiftable. I use a light AA gun for 2 shots per turn versus the light howitzer's 1 shot. I've got 2 BA events coming up. Will be fun to see how they do. One is a Jugger event so that opens up more options. Cheers, and thanks, Bo!
@@boltactiontutorialsbybomor3846 I took my Partisans to a 1K Jugger event & made top table with 2 major wins. Then ran into Americans with double BAR squads, double heavy autocannon and 3 MMGs on an open table in a kill point scenario-my worst nightmare. I got shot to bits despite trying to play for a draw and going down. The cheap pistol armed squads helped me against Japanese & Germans but I got exposed at the end. I'll park my partisans and play Aussies next. Need to see if you've covered them. Thanks for the great work, your channel helped me a lot!
regarding MMGs @3:42 Warlord ***REALLY*** needs to liberally sprinkle "the Lions of Carentan" special rule mitigating the impact exceptional damage has on these iconic weapon systems of WWII. IMO it would also impact some of the wave tactics partisans/bamboo-men cavalry charges that "break" the game to cheese-y levels of silliness.
Imo there are several possible fixes: The juggerpack's free LMG foor full squads, d2 pins on All infantry borne MGs, or my own favourite "suppressive fire" when firing an ambush you double the hits on an enemy that is running.
