The comments about Hiddleston are SO true. I find it embarrassing to watch his attempts at singing, doing impressions, etc. He has zero talent but is convinced he's some kind of phenom. I don't wish him ill or anything - I just can't bear to watch.
I do like the football announcer, but he was able to illustrate exactly why he was wrong while arguing his position. That woman did not want to sit down, and that should be okay. In fact, some people are more comfortable standing than sitting because of a physical condition. Also, some conditions that mean you can't stand for long period are not visible, so you could end up hassling someone who really does not deserve it, like the boy with an injured leg.

Jeremy Paxman… he didn't know, bless his soul, what was about to come. ;-)
In 2024 the crocs bit is extra funny😂 back then they were mostly gardening/lazy day slippers. Now, they are common popular fashion with entire communities of croc accoutrement makers/traders/wearers, and crocs has high fashion partnerships😂
I can remember asking my Maths teacher to show me a practical application for what he was teaching us and telling him that then I might show more interest when it came to learning the formulaic aspects of Mathematics. I know that I have not needed to use them since then during my working life.
It´s the strangest thing that there isn´t a dab emoji. That would just be the epitome of non-communication. The modern equivalent of "how about that weather, we´ve been having?"
21:53 this Phil guy gets on my nerves. I know Room 101 is all in good fun and the whole comedic aspect comes from the idea that the guests are basically getting overly annoyed over nothing but this dude gets annoyed over things that aren't even remotely annoying, and I say this as someone who frequently gets annoyed by minor things in life (usually relating to people in supermarkets) this guy has absolutely nothing to complain about. - Admittedly I've never seen that many Tom Hiddleston interviews but the dude can act just fine and from what I've seen of him in interviews he seems like an alright guy. - As for people who love the great outdoors, good on them. If you don't love the great outdoors as much as they do then take pleasure in the fact that you won't see them very often, if at all.
19:05 BANG ON. Scarlett is right to he worried. Communicating through emojis is one step further towards an Orwellian 1984 state. And that dabbling shes on about is beyond me. Never heard of it. I dread the day I see someone do it.
I thought dabbing was covering a sneeze with your elbow instead of your hands... because you touch stuff with your hands and that could spread colds and flu.
@@stephjovi Too true, I'm just about at peace with it. You're a few steps ahead of me but nice to know there's still going to be some humour along the path (granted hitting 40 might be that figurative nail in the coffin where you genuinely have ceased to care). The youngsters I feel very sorry for and they have it incredibly hard, I miss the years 2002 to 2007 as they were awesome. Nowadays being aged 17 to 22 must be hard graft.
@@ricksanchez5949 well thanks to covid it's of course extra hard. But I'm also glad there's no photos at all of me in early 90s cycling short fashion 😅or RU-vid videos of singing along to our favorite songs with my than best friend. I loved early 90s rock music, concerts were still affordable and all my favorite rockers are at the very least in their 40s most of them 59 and over. I'm fine with my life right now it's better than when I was in my 20s. I have no kids so time flies by and that's fine people live till 90 now so still almost too much time
For what it's worth: "Peter Jackson's The Beatles: Get Back gave audiences a rare and enticing glimpse of the Beatles in their natural environment, but it was Sir Paul McCartney who ended up seeming the most competent, interested, and engaging member of the iconic band." -- Nathanial Eker-Male, Jan 4, 2022, ScreenRant
Haha it’s ironic. He’s complaining that brexiters “complain” and they still lost the election. The majority of the British know is all left wing that’s why the bbc viewer rates have plummeted
Voting for Trump was a collosal mistake. He's a failure in any possible way to want to slice it. Jury still out on Brexit but it's looking ike an awful idea from my perspective.
Yeah imagine being against someone who lies, cheats and insults for a living or a process that has made a pretty substantial dent in the UK economy, based again on lies by a cheating fraudulent "politician" (and I use the word loosely). Nobody could possibly object to that, could they?
