If you get dust bin full error while your dust bin is not full, it is possible that the dust sensor on the clean head module is bad. In this video, I show you how to replace the clean head module on roomba 980/985. The procedure will be very similar to other Roomba models, and they will usually come with detailed instructions on how to do it.
