Thank you for the information. Started using it and was worried about over doing it. Bottle said 1 ounce per gallon. Their laying again and thinking of doing what you said, 1/2 teaspoon per gallon twice a week for maintenance

I have a chicken that went broody and wasn't eating no matter how we tried to force her. Now she's struggling to walk, and it seems she has a vitamin deficiency. So can you recommend how much to give at a higher dosage?

Sorry for the late reply. Keep in mind that broody hens, especially if they are in that state for a long time, are not taking care of themselves as they normally would. They don't eat, drink, or dust bathe as much. This can lower their immune system and can cause an array of potential problems. So it could be a vitamin deficiency, but it could be something else too. I use 5-6 drops of the vitamins per gallon.

My baby chick has vitamin B2 deficiency based on the symptoms and I just bought this hoping it helps. How long it takes for this to work?
