The rope chain is what drew me in to jewelry as well. I’ll never forget when I was little, there was this kid in my class whose parents got him a golden rope chain. I remember looking at that chain sitting in front of me in class. Eventually for my second holy communion my parents got me a silver rope chain from Italy and I’ve been collecting ever since. Rope chains and the way they are put together to form the shape always seemed magical to me. Such a simple piece of jewelry that never will go out of style. Thanks for all the videos Jacoje. I think the rope has a little bit more shine, simply because of all the different cuts and pockets for light to catch. I’ve had my eye on the 24 inch 5mm yacht link in yellow gold for a while but it’s always sold out! I would absolutely love it as my first gold chain. EHH I was waiting for the B-Roll 😅 I think if your wearing the chains it'd make a difference. The Franco was definitely dancing but when wearing I'd have to give it to the rope chain! I have a few diamond cut ropes and they go crazy with the light. I think you should restock the 5mm yellow gold Miami cuban bracelet it's an all around good choice I'm a 7.5inch but if you had to go only one length 8inch probably is the average for most and I'd rock that. I wanna say the rope chain shines more than the franco in the sunlight due to the construction of the rope allowing for many more facets to reflect light. Both chains have some depth to them where light can get in but I can't help but notice the color contrast that the rope offers - it truly glistens in the sun. JACOJE just continues to stay busy this holiday season! Some of the other commenters have suggested restocking the items that you guys struggle to keep in stock, like the 7mm Miami Cuban Link Bracelets, both the 14k and 18k variants in YG (my favorite). I personally feel that your Miami Cubans are some of the best cubans I've seen. What I love about my 7mm Miami Cuban Bracelet is the more wedged side profile and how it hangs perfectly straight. I think the 14k items are good .however 18k has a rich color that makes it look more appealing and you should have more of 18k items because you always supply in 14k however its below the 18k standards of other countries. Between Ropes and Franco by far Franco is more durable and has a more subtle look compared to a rope with its more shining edges. I mean it’s all in what catches your attention. Rope chains all day everyday. It was the most worn chain in the Sopranos for a reason😄. The shine of the Diamond cuts, the rich color, and the iconic twist make it superior over the Franco even though I am a fan boy of the Franco. The chain I think Jacoje should restock is the iconic 4MM 24INCH yellow gold ANCHOR CHAIN. There is a few reason you should restock it .. 1- the chain isn’t in stock ;) ok I guess that really isn’t a reason haha… I think the reason you should restock it is because the chain has some great history and is a wonderful conversation started for people interested in jewelry. The attachments of the links make it an everyday chain and the best part is I have seen this style chain at both female and male jewelry stores around the world. Fun fact - In Vietnam soldiers used to wear 23k aviator chains (basically the sister of the anchor chain) in case they got captured and would use it to barter their way out. I would say Ropes shine the most in the light. With all the Diamond cuts it reflects the light more. Love the Green strap, for Rolex you have to buy it gray market and if you ever want another one Luxury Bazaar is the best place to buy them. I would love to hear some of these stories from an OG chain maker in CA. I would say the 3 MM Jacoje link in white gold 22 inch is such a great chain for pendants and I would pair it with my world pendant. The Franco and Rope are great for pendants but the Jacoje link is such a classic. I wish I picked up one when it was in stock and I am regretting it all the time. Franco v Rope is a tough one! I think at the end of the day the Rope comes out on top for shine and pop factor. I think you get more size and look with the rope for your money. A 5mm Franco and a 5mm Rope have way different weights and costs, so it’s almost not comparing apples to apples. I know this thanks to Jacoje 😉. The shine ✨✨of a DC rope can only be beaten by the prism rope. The rope is such a classic chain solo or with a pendant Having said that, the sophistication of how a franco looks and although less shiner than a rope , the DC Franco will always win for me. The DC Franco is the total package giving the heavy feel with the near indestructible design with just the right amount of shine. To me a 3.5/4mm would be perfect for solo daily wear and a 2.5/3mm would be beautiful paired with a nice lion pendant. One of these days I’ll hopefully have one of these combos. My 7mm curb chain catches the light so well even after wearing daily for almost a year. For the item that has been out of stock forever - the Jacoje curb bracelet!! Speaking of shine, the Jacoje curb bracelets and chains are great alternatives to the Miami link chains but with the high polish flat surface, you get that crazy shine! The 2.5g sapphire/ruby lady Fortuna are always out of stock, and they have to be some of the coolest pendants out there, and my personal favourite. The Jacoje Rope is THAT chain! 🔥 Got my first Rope 3 years ago, it was a 3mm and since then upgraded to the 5mm. It truly shines like no other because of the circular rounded shape and the fact those polished flat ends create a pattern on the entire chain that every angle of light can hit. The Franco is more boxy and flat and still shines, but not it’s not as versatile for those angles in my opinion because it doesn’t have that rounded look that twists. My love for the Jacoje rope being said, the 3mm Tri-color rope 22inch is something I’ve been eyeing that hasn’t been in stock. Would be a true Christmas miracle to get one! So for the chain, although I love the franko for its overall design and sturdiness, the rope definitely shines more. I think the rope chain definitely shines a little brighter because it has more defined and deeper grooves, so there is a bit more opportunity for reflection. That being said, I love the franco for it's heft, and it still shines plenty bright. Can't go wrong either way though! Sean O, NJ

I think the 3mm Tri Color Ropes definitely have to be the restock! I had checked a couple months ago and I'm pretty sure it was sold out then! It's gotta be like the most popular size rope (which already gotta be most popular chain!) but I haven't really seen the tri color other places. The rope chain shines the best in my opinion! My rope chain that I wear daily always shines whether in the sunlight or inside wherever I go and it’s always so classic to have! The angles of the chain are the best which is why both men and women wear the rope chain! I have been eyeing the 4.5MM MIAMI CUBAN LINK bracelet with the box lock at 7” inches on the Jacoje website for so long! As with the last video I think smaller Miami Cuban link sizes with the box lock is SO underrated 🔥 I believe that everyone should buy a thinner Miami Cuban with box locks from Jacoje!! The Rope shines the most. It dances off the neck with every angle. The Franco is limited for sure. It’s a gorgeous chain but there’s no comparison to the shine that the rope gives off. That’s why it’s one of the most popular chains. Size, shine, value, etc. it can’t be beat in my humble opinion. As far as which chain I would like to see restocked, every time I go to purchase the 20” 4mm 14kt heavy link it’s sold out. I have terrible timing. First off, loving the content you guys provide to us consumers. Very informative and entertaining! I’ve been looking for a new chain and stumbled on your videos and can’t stop watching. I think I rewatched some videos more than 3 times cause cant decide which chain I like better. I’m team Franco (might be a little bias cause that’s what I currently have) but I do think the ropes shines a little bit more. Would love a restock on the 4mm heavy links in a 20” for that lite clean flex. I’m from Hawaii and I’m not sure if you guys are aware but Hawaii loves their fat rope chains and figaropes lol (12mm minimum and everyone tries to go bigger than the next guy). That’s why I’m loving the heavy link cause no one here rocks it and I like standing out, to me that’s a bigger flex than having the fattest chain in the room. Anyways ALOHA and keep doing what y’all do!

Yo! Man what chain shines the hardest? That's like asking does a bear Sh*t in the woods! All Jacoji is gonna shine! My experience says the karat of the gold matters the most. 14 v 22 is like night and day. I have a rope and it hits but don't have a franco. Rope is classic an franco is the new classic. I gotta give it to the rope cuz of cuts. As far as an item to be restocked or something I haven't seen would be a puff gucci mariner. 6 to 8mm 20 inch. Nice cross between mariner, anchor, and yacht. I've noticed the 6.5 MM Heavy Link has been out of stock awhile. Would be nice to get that back in stock. I'm pretty sure it will sell like hot cakes, because Braden is the King of Heavy Links with that ballin' tri-color around his neck. I love the thicker chains, and that shine will definitely be a showstopper! And speaking of shine, yeah I would have to agree the rope has a leg up on the Franco for shine factor. My personal favorite chain out of Franco or ropes would be Franco but the shine factor or a rope is just unparalleled. I bought a 5mm 22k 24 inch rope chain earlier this year (bc I like the weight and the richness of the yellow) but it is so nice and a chain that’s has been out of stock for a while that I’ve had my eye on would be the 6mm 22k 24 inch rope! I think Franco’s have good shine also but the rope chains catch more light and just makes it pop a little bit more although the Franco might feel more smooth to the skin. That’s my honest opinion! I think it's really a difference between "sparkle" and "reflection". The rope chain has much more surface dynamics, so it "sparkles" small bits of light from any angle (like a diamond does). By comparison, the Franco is either catching light all at once, or it's not. Diamond cutting the Franco definitely helps it out, but it still doesn't have the surface dynamics of the rope chain! Because the dynamics of light are what makes a chain "sparkle", the rope chain has a more generally "active" appearance, while the Franco is probably more likely to catch your attention from across a room due to its larger reflective surfaces when it lights up. What about those gold jacoje logo hats?! Get them back in stock! I'd also like to see the shorter 3mm jacoje link chains back in stock. Perfect daily wear, and I'd bet it has more "sparkle" than the similar heavy link chain due to its more rounded link design. -- Matt in Pennsylvania
The thing I like the best about your videos is that they have a natural flow to them. You guys are not afraid to formulate what you want to do or say on the fly and that's good. The rope chain has the best shine and overal appearance becsuse it's a spiral when you really think about it. When Braden was explaining why it has the best shine that's what he was saying more or less. The item that has been out of stock for quite a while is the 6MM DC YG rope in 30 inches. I love the Franco chains so I am biased but that rope just sparkles with all of those diamond cuts and the franco is a close second! Still think that tri colored heavy link is fire though and hopefully you will get the white gold heavy link back in stock one day!
Hey Raquel and Jacoje, i like francos more than ropes because i find their more durable and it provides a different look while not taking away from the pendant when wearing one. I find larger size ropes might tend to look like some old school RUN DMC looking chains. A 5mm Franco 22” would be great!!! Nicholas Y Toronto, Canada
It's definitely a toss up between both chains. All depends on the lighting angle. A lot more surface on the franco, but that rope with all the different cuts can blind you from amile away. As to the restock, I wish you would restock the Concave Curb chains. It's simple, stylish and elegant. But for me, this was the very first gold chain I got (a 14k 7.5 mm 22 inch), from my mom which made really special, and since her passing I've really valued it even more. It's has great sentimental value to me. However, the spring in the clasp is going slightly, but I really don't want to replace the lever or any other parts of it. I've been looking for a 7 or 7.5 mm 24 inch Concave Curb to slip over my big fat head, but no one seems to have them. Please restock them! Hey Braden and Raquel, I want to start off by saying u guys have such cute dogs. What type of dogs are they? I am biased when I say that the rope chain has a better shine, but until Jacoje I hadn’t seen a Franco before. I think people really need to recognize that Braden and Raquel but the Franco’s on the map. I would love to see the Franco’s and ropes in person side by side. I used to have a hallow rope chain, but they are not reliable nor durable so I don’t really wear it. I know Braden is always talking about how u should replace them with solid pieces and as a college student this would be the perfect moment. Just got my first Franco diamond cut in 4mm 22” and man does it shine in the sun. Wish I would have got my chain a lot sooner but gold wasn’t in style as it is now. Hopefully it’s not just a trend with everyone rockin a chain these days. I wish you guys would restock the 24” Miami Cuban 6mm in 14k so I can start 2 chaining it. Rope always wins the shine test in my opinion! The uniformity of the design on all sides and the way the interior shines, as well as the cuts, combines beautifully. As far as items out of stock for a while, I feel the larger (>5gr) lady fortuna PAMPs haven’t been available in a minute. I have my eye on the 10gr plain fortuna PAMP to pair on my 4mm plain Franco. Would love to finally add that piece to my setup!
