We get a lot of questions about selling used jewelry. So many that we started a new business to buy used jewelry! Here's a few options to help you sell your items. Thanks for watching. @jacoje@jacojefinejewelry www.jacoje.com #gold
Best way to sell your used jewelry is by yourself and not linx or any other brand. You get the most value that why instead of selling it to someone who needs to make a profit 💯
It's interesting how when you sell your jewelry you have to send it in, have it verified, and then get paid for it. But when you're buying it you pay for it and like it or not you're pretty much stuck with it 😂
@cr1s133 you cant expect them to trust people to send in what they claim they have. If you get paid before they revieve the piece, what is preventing someone from claiming they are sending in a 100g chain and getting a few grand, then when the package comes in, they find out its an empty box or a fake chain. Then when u try to get your money back, the person deleted everythting and disappeared. They would be bankrupt and out of business in under a month
Hey Brayden, love the videos and all the information you give out to people trying to buy their first piece, even their second and third. Although I cannot afford to buy a gold chain right now, I will continue to watch the videos until I can. Thanks.
Gold doesn't have an engine like a car nor does it have electronic parts like a phone and lastly it doesn't have tread like shoes that wear easily.....gold is gold its value is determined by a market not by wear....yeah its a business but value is not determined by ware just saying
Yes, but gold jewelry, emphasis on jewelry is still a product and like most products except Hermes quota bags, usually go for less than what they retailed for. It’s just the standard. Gold and platinum jewelry will always hold its value better than another piece of jewelry like percentage wise, but when people expect to sell it for close to what they bought it for, is kind of well.. nicely put is interesting.
Bought a bracelet from Jacoje back in 2017 and just recently sold it back to them since I never wear it anymore. They verified it and paid me spot in about 4 days. Probably gonna use the $ to buy another piece soon. Solid choice if you just want to get rid of some old pieces quick
@JACOJE LYNX Can I get my 8mm Diamond Cuban Link Ring that I bought two and a half months ago? Or at least a response/update? Nothing I've ever ordered on line took more than 2 and a half months to be delivered, not even a car.
I don't live in California either but that's where he's doing business out of. If you look the company up with the California Secretary of State it shows they are out of Wyoming doing business in California.
@@blackliberationarmy Good to know, I've never encountered an issue like this before with what I thought to be a trusted online retailer. I've spent 10K+ with this guy over the past 3 years and now I'm waiting over 3 months for a RING!?! He responded to me today saying it'll take another 1 - 2 weeks but I now feel like I'm being jerked around. What's your horror story with Braden?
You're not the only one buddy sorry to say! I sent a chain in a month ago now for a repair he's giving me three different time frames all different from what he gave me prior to sending it in. There's also another guy in these comments that stated he's been waiting for a ring since March as well. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General and sent a final demand letter for payment before this goes to small claims court. Good luck man
If I no longer wanted my 14k italian made solid gold chain, which I paid $1,800 3-4 years ago, and I wanted a new gold chain, should I sell my old one myself or use as a "trade in" along with cash for a new chain?
Awesome video thumbs up. How do I convince my gold chains are real? I have two nice 14kt chains that I bought back in the 80s but I have gained weight and they no longer fit. I would be happy to trade them for one nice chain of equal value that I could wear. How do I go about doing that? Thumbs up to your video.
Braden I literally check your website every waking moment of my life. I’ve been waiting for the 3mm Diamond Franco 18k to be back in stock for a while. Please let me know if there’s any update on that?
I live in Chicago and I recently asked a guy who I usually talk to at the register where did he get this BEAUTIFUL FRANCO CHAIN FROM...AND HE REPLIED....YOU GOT IT JACOJLE!!! That's all I needed to hear I'll be shopping with you in the near future!!!
Is it at least scrap value what you can get for solid gold chains? A little bit over spot price wouldnt be a bad deal to take in order to take a chunk off of the cost of a new piece
@Clarkeisawesome pawn shops usually just melt it down so i can understand paying below scrap value. If their whole brand is to resell used jewelry, id expect them to pay at least scrap
