Poor Jess. He never got a proper second chance, even though he always came back for her and got his shit together. The fact that he thought he finally had a second chance when she came to visit him in Philly still breaks my heart to this day. She really had the audacity to kiss him and then continue to say she loved Logan despite all the bad he's done, like why???? He did not deserve that and I'm so proud of him for finally having enough sense of self worth to tell Rory that. She used him. It was cruel. I wouldn't be surprised if the only person he ever said those three words to in his entire life was Rory. He deserved so much better. I'm so proud of him, for turning his life around the way he did. For becoming the man we always knew he was and could be, even with all he has endured in his life. His character is so complex and so human, and I love him. I wish we would've gotten to see more scenes of him alone, or with people other than just Rory.
