But she wasn't good that was the point, sure she was good in school setting but when it comes to the real world ( which happens often) she wasn't good which was the point they were trying to push!
@@sydmaker4115 what do you mean? She was REALLY good as editor of the newspaper, but I think once she got to the real world and found out that she got rejected from NYT (which was the first time she found out that pure hard work wasn't the only thing that could get her what she wanted) that's when she fell apart for real.
The Opening and the Close Of Being, are alike Or differ, if they do, As Bloom upon a Stalk. That from an equal Seed Unto an equal Bud Go parallel, perfected In that they have decayed.
"you really did only like me for my looks did you" honestly perfect mix of confidence intelligence looks humor and basically any good quality a guy should have
I really loved her hair here. Bangs just really suit her face. Wish she would’ve kept it. But it’s sad how she went from this, leading a whole office team to not even being able to get a job anywhere
Just ignore the revival, forget it happened, it's honestly not the same people at all and I'm proud to say I have successfully repressed it from memory
But she wasn't good that was the point, sure she was good in school setting but when it comes to the real world ( which happens often) she wasn't good which was the point they were trying to push!
@@sydmaker4115 I think turning down a proposal to go follow a presidential election shows how much drive she had at the end of the show. The revival was absolute trash.
I love the way he always comes in and helps solve the situation. Very practical man. Also, poor Logan when he found out Rory didn't think to call him for help, you can tell he loves helping her.
She was right. He hates the paper, he only ever went when he was after her or his dad made him. Why would she think of him?🤷🏻♀️ And he only helped solve the printing thing. The rest was all her.
@Daaaanielle that's not all he did. He contributed. It's fine to not like Logan but you can acknowledge what was right in the clip you're commenting on. He took two things off her plate as they were talking, and offered up a couple stories he already had written for use, THEM he stalled the printers so they didn't lose their slot. Rory did a great job taking lead. But she was not the only contributer here.
"Okay, great, Thursday it is, 7:30. And do not think of backing out, because I will cry and eat a pint of Rocky Road while watching An Affair To Remember with Rita Wilson."
I find it really unimaginable to meet all these men who know very obscure girly movies. When she met Dean at 16, he somehow knew about Rosemary's baby, and Logan is in to An Affair to Remember? This is totally unlike my dating experience in the Northeast or anywhere, but I guess it's normal in tv fantasy.
Well I’m sorry Logan had a rich daddy to rent her a kiosk. He would never have made her drop out of school, he actually got some sense in her. And yes, Jess would have helped her.
Angie Banegas It's not the kiosk-- it's the ability to name drop a powerful father which Jess doesn't have. It's sad but that's how it works. I adore Jess. He's very special to Rory and I love their friendship. But Rory 's lifestyle doesn't fit with Jess - we all need to admit that. Let's not forget he left her, voluntarily, multiple times and Logan didn't do that. We all have people who are precious to us but we can outgrow them. Jess and Rory outgrew each other.
Also Logan never made Rory drop out of school. He supported her in her time of self discovery which is all anyone can ask. I appreciate Jess talking sense back into her but it could've also been a factor of time (she had had enough time off at that point) too.
@@giusleao yess the guy who tried to force rory for sex when she was clearly not ready is the greatest boyfriend. Sorry to break your bubble but Jess suckkksss!!!!
It’s totally normal for kids to burn out after college. Especially privileged kids who are out in the real world for the first time and are treated like regulars.
She was always used to relying on family connections, family wealth and things handed to her. Yes she was academically hardworking but she had private schools and natural intelligence and actually liking school on her side. In the real world when she had to get her hands a bit dirty and graft and get back up from failures she failed to do so. Seen it a dozen times if u keep telling a kid shes gods gift to earth then don't be surprised if she flops the real world
I always thought she did better organizing and telling people what to do. I don't know if her passion for writing just frizzled out or if she just outgrew it, but her drive really took a blow later on.
@@lauriecarson6483 are you drunk? That explains a lot. I get it life suxs. I hope your ok. As for Gilmore girls, Can't you see the resemblance between her handling situations in the DAR and now when she is in the Yale paper with really difficult situations?
@@Oddbisket no I'm perfect sober. If you don't like what I'm saying move right along. You have your opinion what you think Rory should do. And I have mine. Don't like it oh well.

I love how she is using her mom’s tactics to get people to do stuff “you sound like a very handsome man, do you workout??” “You have a very inappropriate Christmas card coming your way” another way she is like her mom 💗💗🩷
