Thankyou Sir Roy, very inspiring. I just wonder if, giving direct, is based on the assumption that the money will be held and used by an individual? Money in many majority world countries belongs to the extended family and its spending will be driven by immediate need of the older members of the community which will often be food and medical needs.

This guy talks a good game, gets into bed with Blair's Liar-in-Chief Alistair Campbell but, has done nothing for the British public.
