@@PipesTheVlob You're claiming that I'm claiming things I've never said. What's heavily inferred is that the Luma grow stronger as she has more grand stars in her possession. This culminates in her being able to use the Luma to reset the universe. Even if she uses external sources via the Luma, no other Mario character has done anything to this ridiculous scale.
@@TsundereboltIt was really the culmination of all of the Lumas outright sacrificing themselves alomgside the black hole from Bowser's collapsing galaxy that allowed for the full reset. It feels more circumstantial than just being something they can decide to do.
Phew thank goodness there's character themes. I usually skipped replays to save time for the one hour time slots, so I wasnt actually able to hear if there were character themes. Imo character themes are one key element to strikers.
The opening part reminds me of the boss theme from smt4 and now I can just picture Rosalina confidently taunting the other team telling them to "put on a good show" as she proceeds to dominate the entire match
I'm sorry but all the themes in this game sound way too similar. Maybe it's the usage of the same instruments, but I wish they was more variety in the soundtrack outside of just fairly hard rock.
@Ted Gonzalez yeah but these melodies at least in my opinion, arnt distinct enough like marvel vs capcom and to a lesser extinct sonic adventure 2 to warrant the usage of only metal, they all just blend together
ROSALINA! I thought you were a beautiful character, shining with light of the stars and loved by everyone around you. But according to this theme, you're a beast ready to unleash its full power on those around you. The light of the stars give you strength ... to destroy. What happened!? But the track itself is great! It reminds me of some thrash metal tracks, although I wouldn't consider this song thrash metal. I wonder what it would be like if Rosalina's guitarist model was finally in a Mario game but she played this.
Stars are beautiful, but they are also a big cosmic force of unchecked and unlimited energy.^^ That is why Rosalina is so subdued in mannerisms in this game. I am propably the only one who thinks the fact that she tries not to celebrate too much, fits her pretty well.
Me too. I subconsciously knew the themes were different but it didn't kick in until I started using Daisy. This definitely sounds like default results screen music
This is definitely just the winning team theme, as it played in the First Kick demo. It could be that each character has variations, but as I only played with two, I wouldn't know.
I don't think I like the character anthems in this game, they all sound the same while playing the game, the only one i can actually say I hear a difference in is Bowser's
From what I've heard (going through this playlist), Rosa's theme is heavier, and is closer to being metal (I'd say it is metal, but some may disagree), while everyone else is rock/hard rock. In my opinion, plus I haven't heard a bunch of the other themes, yet.
No problems with Rosalina, she is a cool character for Mario Strikers. But why no Princess Daisy and why is Kritter Kremling being replaced by Boom Boom? Sometimes I don't get Nintendo and their decisions.
This doesn’t fit her at all, charged would have given her a theme that fitted her character much more, considering that charged had a lot of different genres for the characters themes.
dammit another metal song, I wished for something a little space like, maybe techno or heck maybe go with an epic orchestral arrangement to reference mario galaxy, im just tired of this game over usage of metal
@@mario_adv2nture not an excuse for using the same instruments for every single song, charged gives the impression that its gonna have an aggressive ost that mostly consist of metal but surprises us by having a lot of metal them but also a variety of other genres
Techno for Rosalina would be interesting, but what about psytrance? Psytrance is a genre of EDM that is closest to ... space-themed. It's fast and pretty interstellar, to say the least.
