Wilkins did not do any work on DNA other than making Franklin's work available to Watson and Crick.

To be fair it takes a great deal of studying to be able to index a powder diffraction pattern let alone a single crystal pattern. You really didn't expect to understand precisely how they indexed the pattern and determined the structure of DNA, one of the greatest discoveries of the 20th century, in a video less than 2 minutes right?
