It's been a month now since my bother-in-law Rosario Lattanzio passed away. It seems surreal to me, a man, so full of life, who still holds a nation power lifting record in the bench press, gone. I keep thinking about him like he's still here, I can only imagine what it's like for his wife and kids, his parents, my wife and her other brothers and the amazing number of people who's lives he touched. But Ro wouldn't want us to dwell, he would want us to keep moving forward and live our lives to the fullest and so that is what we will do. Tomorrow his son will play for the Ottawa RedBlacks in the Canadian Football League championship game for the Grey Cup, that is his son's tribute, this video is mine. Ro wanted me to make a video for him and wanted to be remembered as the strong record setting power lifter that he was. I think he would like this video and I hope it would make him proud. Rest in Peace Ro you will always be in our hearts.
