Rose engine trials on brass 

Cutting a trial pattern on a brass slug. The rose engine has been fitted with a slow-motion motor drive and operated that way for this movie. I only have so many hands and one is occupied holding a pint. The other two are holding pressure on the slide rest and holding the camera.
Again, this is a trial effort that turned out successful and the next step is to do it on precious metal.
