I saw a tip in another video the leftover Rosemary Water was put in ice trays and froze it in individual cubes this a great way you'll be able to use the cubes for later, and you wont have to worry about the leftover Roesmary water growing bacteria if you dont get around to using it right away just pop a cube out the ice tray a warn it up for your beautiful hair !

I saw that video too, now I don't know what to think about the longevity of it! I'll research it for myself. According to Google, it last 10-14 days in spray bottle when placed in refrigerator.

U should keep the ice cubes only upto the week. If it's in the refrigerator upto 4-5 days ONLY. Not more than that. Even if it looks squeaky clean bacteria will start growing up and u don't wanna add bacteria on ur scalp henceforth don't keep any product with water for more than 3-4 days

SO glad to know how long this stores in the fridge. I was scared mine had gone bad even though it smells ok, I wasn't sure. But now I know it has a few more months left :) Thanks!!!n I added some rosemary essential oil as well as tea tree and peppermint because they are also great for the follicles.

You can do this exact same recipe here, but in an Instant Pot. Same methods as presented here, but set the instant pot to steam mode, and put it on 15 minutes. Rosemary water comes out identical to the recipe here, in a fraction of the time. The steam mode on your pressure cooker ensures that the vital nutrients from the rosemary plant don’t get destroyed.

Your cooking it for a long time iv heared from a doctor who said to let water boil once it starts put the rosemary in and turn off flame after about 5 mins you can kill the nutrients in the plant

So true , I use organic rosemary oil and distill water placed in glass spray bottle and I was able to stopped hair shedding ....I had a major problem of hair shedding and I had some hairline grays that has turned darker....3 times a week it also has a hair thickener effect., I make enough for a week.

@@superduperboyx If washing off 2 to 3 hours and massage several times during your treatment or leave in treatment ....use an amber glass bottle with sprayer head and spray little at a time if leaving in throughout the week.

I heat rosemary in coconut oil, and pour the slight greenish oil into bottle. It gels so refrigeration is not necessary. When ready to apply, scoop half a teaspoon of coconut/rosemary oil and add a drop of fulvic acid (for super absorbsion). Excellent for hair n skin.🎉

I think it may be best to boil rosemary for a few minutes and then let it sit in crockpot for a few hours. I believe it needs to reach a rolling boiling point in order to release many of its properties. That's why this recipe doesn't turn the water red, only greenish.

4 hrs??? I usually bring filtered water (If tap water then boil for 20 min) to a boil turn off heat and submerge the rosemary and leave it in pot overnight. Then put rosemary water in bottle and refrigerate. Apply to scalp 2-3 times between wash and don't rinse it out. Massage scalp for a couple min after it's applied. Works great for me.

Try the double boiler method (place a metal bowl on top of boiling water allow rosemary to cook that way) the nutrients should remain intact

ive watched another one of her videos were she demonstrated how to use it. before she got in the shower she rinsed the rosemary water throughout her scalp and her ends, left it in a bun for 15 mins. and then she washed her in the shower as usual (shampoo, conditioner)

It's fine. I boiled my fresh leaves for 1 hoir the first time and the water was almost clear with visible rosemary oil at the top. The next day I left it a couple of hours and it was dark purple. I wouldn't worry about the color. Probably the longer you leave it the more potent and the darker it gets. Have fun be safe

Joe Lange if I let the leaves dry out, will they then become the brown part of compost or are they still counted in the green part of the compost ratio? I just started composting and I don’t have enough brown part except for newspapers. I’m surrounded by palm trees and trees that stay green year round.

It can overtime make the hair slightly darker cause the tea has a dark color to it. But if you make the water in small batches with only a little bit of rosemary the water comes out clearer and won’t discolor hair 💗💗
