Idk man, all of them are incredible chess players, and even then a 2-move mate happened. Not a fool-proof example but I don’t think you can be good unless you train specifically for 4-player chess.

8:02 Would that be mate though? Yellow plays Bishop h13, Red does whatever, Blue plays Queen g12 like he said, but remember the piece order: Yellow plays Knight h13 taking the bishop. Let's say for sake of argument Green plays Queen h13, Red then plays Queen g12, taking Blue's Queen, preventing Blue from winning on the spot. Blue plays Bishop g12 taking Red's Queen, Yellow takes Green's Queen with h13. Come back to Hikaru's turn he can take Yellow's Queen with Bishop to h13 but the king can just take that at this point since it's no longer defended.
