God bless the world with his truth, power, and love and all humanity to love one another and for the earth to be healed and bring forth plenty of food to help the hungry both human and animals. Amen ❤
Too my Brother and sister in Darnstown. Thanks for your friendship and may we have an excellent year. You're already blessed, Grandma and Grandad with Sam. Jonathan and Katie. Bless your whole Fam Damily!
What do you mean. Referenced a couple times in leviticus and then again in the book of numbers. That is for yom kippur that is 10 days after and connected. Torah also mentions a sacred holiday that starts on the first day of the 7th month. Rosh hashana is in the mishna too (oral torah) Plus separately i hope you realise all tanach and oral torah (talmud) came from moses at mount sinai and is all torah
Also in the Gospel accounts Yeshua bar Joseph also known as Jesus Christ was born sometime in the ten days between Roshashana and Yom Kippor. Which is why John the Baptizer who was a Levite said of him "see the lamb of GOD who takes away the sin of the world". Yeshua was thirty years old and beginning his three and a half years ministry ending in his death as prophesied by both Daniel and Isiah. At Yom kippor a kid of the goats was sacrificed and one was released into the wilderness (the goat for azaziel). Yeshua after coming up from the waters was led by GOD'S spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by Satan (azaziel).
@messenger ministries The ten days between the head of the year is outlined at Le 23: 23-32. Yes the beginning of the year was adjusted and Rabbinic Judaism made certain traditional changes which Jesus in his ministry railed against 'but to a Jew I became a Jew and to a Greek I became a Greek...that by all means I might save some'.
@messenger ministries Ok I think you are missing the point, the first chapter of Paul's letter to Timothy clears up the matter especially verse #4 . Questions for research it not the basis of our faith rather as the rest of the chapter shows faith in GOD through Jesus Christ is. Read the whole chapter for contextual understanding.
