Pirate Rosie… hope you haven’t forgotten your epic Southern Ocean voyage to Cape Horn as you might have to do again in the next Ocean Race. Cape Horners by tradition can wear a gold hoop earring on their left ear as that was the ear facing the Horn when they past. Well done guys and girl. Great team effort. You are soon going to be in calmer seas and warmer weather. The last 2000 nm will be a match race… go Melizia, you’ve got this!

Rosie, get well soon. But do not trust your own judgement. I had a head injury and a concussion myself a few years back and I had many of the same symptoms. Not knowing where I was, what had exactly happened. You shake that off in one day and you seem ok, but you are NOT. Your next move can be life-altering. Rest, rest, rest, and as you arrive in Itajay, you will look funny, but you WILL be ok. Boris, keep Rosie below deck. And if she wants to take a peek, let somebody else hold her at all times.
