This is the story of one of the most iconic cars ever built.
It left its native Italy over half a century ago to lead a very different life, first in quiet French retirement before sailing for America where it found stardom. Now we’ve brought it home to be reunited with the humble streets and personalities of its youth, to reveal the untold human stories behind the bright lights and glittering celebrity…and to roar.

I am glad to live in an age where it is possible for documentaries like this one to get global exposure through RU-vid. This is a truly wonderful film, a story lovingly told with so much feeling and truly beautiful images.

You've topped it again! Exquisite attention to detail with the locations, filming and storytelling. Just amazing how the light danced along the side of the car showing the quality of the coach building. I'd say this is the most beautiful and elegant Ferrari I've seen.

Man what a beautiful film, once again - what a joy it must be to put these together. As soon as I saw the new body on the race car in the film I couldn't help but see in my minds eye a Mercedes 300 SL look... from certain angles... a coincidence, even down to the large vent in the front wing...? Nevertheless a superb film.

True, I noticed that too! Usually "the others" imitate the style coming from Italy, but this time it might not be so, because the 300 sl (which I personally don't find as beautiful) is from 1954, while if I understand correctly this Ferrari is a few months later (from 1955)... who knows!

I knew the moment the names Ingrid Bergman and Rosellini were mentioned, it would be this perfect car. This inspiring gorgeous automobile. Kidson Productions telepathically putting my automotive heroes into pure art on film. And the story of the 375 MM as told here was a real page turner. Thank you for these exquisite short films.

This is nothing but impeccable class. A superb essay. Thank you very much for this kind of work... As for the car, it's a stunning thing but a touch contrived around the rear roof area IMPHO. I think it's the back screen that sits a bit odd. I welcome any debate! Shades of BMW 507 and 300SL I can see in this machine too..
