Rossi Ice Cream is an Artisan Ice Cream manufacturer and has been based in the seaside town of Southend-on-Sea for over 80 years. The Rossi name is synonymous with the town: even daytrippers insist that "having a Rossi" is part of their seaside experience!
But Rossi does more than make excellent ice cream: it also sets an excellent example of how a small business can support its local community, contributing socially and economically and also endeavouring to reduce its environmental impact.
